MAN-E-NEWS// “…Of All Ages” DKE SDCC exclusives from Scott Wilkowski…

The masteful Scott Wilkowski has been busy putting skulls, skeletons and creepy creatures inside another batch of designer toy favourites in preparation for the follow-up to last year’s hugely successful “Skin Deep” show. For the aptly titled “…Of All Ages”, Scott has infected Ron English’s “Mousemask Murphy”, Ferg’s “Misfortune Cat”, David Horvath’s “Flatwoods”, Frank Kozik’s “Labbit”, Kathie Olivas’ “Two Faced Hazel”, and Brandt Peters’ “Skelve” with his exquisite mix of fine sculpting and casting. Taking the concept one step further than the previous exhibition, Scott has gone beyond the standard bones of earlier incarnations, stating that …Of All Ages will feature “alien sightings, ancient Greek one-eyed giants, flying war legends, and mystics of fortune– (the show) encompasses myth and mysticism dating from 8th century BC to 1952 AD.” Due to premiere July 11th at the DKE Toys booth (#4728) during 2012 San Diego Comic-Con, the gorgeous figures have been priced as follows-

$125 – Ferg’s Misfortune Cat

$125 – David Horvath’s Flatwoods

$150 – Frank Kozik’s Labbit 5” by Kid Robot

$250 – Ron English’s Mousemask Murphy

$300 – Brandt Peters’ Skelve

$300 – Kathie Olivas’ Two Faced Hazel

All available in two different colours, the six hand-cast resin editions will be limited to 25 pieces of each (a total of 50 for each style). Still no news on an exact drop time (it’s going to be needed if you want to be in with a chance of grabbing these!), so be sure to stay locked on the new DKE SDCC blog for further details closer to the date…
