MAN-E-NEWS// The B.A.S.T.A.R.D X-Mas releases from Triclops Studios…

b1

As if yesterday’s Pine Danglin’ mini figure set wasn’t enough to get you in the mood for the holidays, the guys over at Triclops have not one, but two festive B.A.S.T.A.R.D releases dropping in-store this Friday, December 13th at 3pm London time! First up we have the Ballock Baulbles… Teased here last month, the Boglin inspired Ballock returns for his latest B.A.S.T.A.R.D outing, with the 2″ mini coming cast in a green resin, with handpainted detailing, a custom Christmas hat and a tag to hang the little bugger on a tree.  Edition size on these remains unconfirmed, but with a price tag of just £12 each, we can’t see them lasting long… Next, we have the return of the latest B.A.S.T.A.R.D release, the Venice Hulkin’ B.A.S.T.A.R.D twin pack! Featuring designs from both Triclops and The Tarantulas/Ralph Niese, the pair come in a slightly different colourway from the ‘sunburnt’ originals, with Beef Cake sporting a tan-less flesh tone, whilst Final Boss takes on the green of the Hulk. Limited to just 5 sets this time around, the twin pack will be up for grabs in the store alongside the baulbles for just £25 plus shipping…

MAN-E-NEWS// The Venice Hulkin’ B.A.S.T.A.R.D 2 Pack from Triclops Studios…

hulk

Joining the previously posted Ballock Baulble, the guys over at Triclops Studios have been readying yet another B.A.S.T.A.R.D release just in time for Christmas… the Venice Hulkin’ B.A.S.T.A.R.D 2 Pack! Originally selling out in a matter of minutes upon their release last month, the musclebound pair return for one more round, with The Tarantulas/Ralph Niese’s Final Boss coming cast in a Hulk inspired green, and Triclops’ Beefcake in an “Un-Tanned” flesh. Limited to an edition of just 5, the Hulkin’ 2 Pack will be dropping in the B.A.S.T.A.R.D store later this week for £25 plus shipping. Keep track of the Triclops blog here for full drop details soon…

MAN-E-NEWS// The B.A.S.T.A.R.D Christmas Baulbles from Triclops Studio…

bauble

The guys over at Triclops Studio have just revealed THE best Christmas decoration any self-respecting toy head will need this year… the B.A.S.T.A.R.D Baulble! Featuring the ever-popular Ballock figure, the little guy has been cast in a festive green resin (unfortunately no chocolate here!), coming hand painted and fitted with a custom made Santa hat with tag. Due to be touching down in the B.A.S.T.A.R.D store sometime over the next couple of weeks, we suggest keeping a close eye on the Triclops blog here for more details soon…

MAN-E-NEWS// B.A.S.T.A.R.D Riders WIP from Triclops Studios…

BASTARD-Rider

With Superfestival just around the corner, Rob over at Triclops Studio shares an early WIP custom that we can only assume will be making an appearance at Rampage Toys‘ booth… the B.A.S.T.A.R.D Riders! A hilarious homage to cult 80’s cartoon/toy line Dino Riders, the piece is set to feature Rampage’s Ankylo Cyclops Dino sofubi with a retooled Ballock B.A.S.T.A.R.D at the helm- hopefully stocked to the brim with weaponry in a custom built saddle! We’ll be keeping a close eye on the project as we get closer to Superfestival later this month (September 29th), so be sure to stay tuned for a full reveal soon!

MAN-E-NEWS// New B.A.S.T.A.R.D’s from Triclops Studios…

The guys over at Triclops Studio have been hard at work with their latest wave of B.A.S.T.A.R.D projects, the first coming in the form of a whole new “Mega” design! Although not officially confirmed, it’s pretty easy for any B.A.S.T.A.R.D fan to work out who’s next to get the super-sized treatment- the snotty nosed, Boglin inspired B… haha, we won’t ruin it, you’ll just have to do your research! We presume production duties will be handed over to Unbox Industries again, so here’s hoping he’ll be making an appearance at their ToyCon booth come April… As always, expect more news as soon as we get it! Joining the new Mega B.A.S.T.A.R.D, Triclops have also been preping their latest mini release, which is set to feature 2 all new figures! The towering B.I.G B.A.S.T.A.R.D and Gober are due to come cast in some form of plastic (although not resin)- sounds interesting! Details are still pretty scarce, so be sure to stay locked on the Triclops blog for further developments soon…
