Having recently completed a number of one-off customs for Purple Toys, artist Ruinskung has been given the honour of reimagining their popular Agent Sayaraku sofubi as a classic 3.75″ action figure! The above picture of a perfectly scaled down 3-Eyed Tiger head is all we have to go on at the moment, but we’re guessing the figure will take a similar approach to the recently posted Nadsat Boy and NoFuture from Kenth Toy Works, coming hand cast in resin with articulation in the arms and legs. Keep a close eye on both Ruinskung and Purple Toy IG feeds for more details on this intriguing project soon…
Originally teased here way back in February, Kenth Toy Works are proud to reveal their return to resin with the release of the “Basic Wars” action figures! Featuring both of Kenth’s previous characters NoFuture and Nadsat Boy, the pair have been created using a 100% originally sculpted base platform (hopefully meaning more figures to come soon!), standing at the standard 3.75″ with 5 points of articulation. Due to be making their debut at Superfestival next Sunday, April 27th, the hand cast and painted figures should be available online soon after. Keep track of the Kenth Toy Works IG feed here for more details…
Celebrating the first anniversary of War on Prehis in style, the fine chaps over at Goodleg Toys are proud to present the series’ craziest figure yet… the abominable Meatgrinder! An awesome mix of vintage KO action figures and intensive re-sculpting, the 5.5″ tall monstrosity comes hand cast and painted, featuring a total of 5 points of articulation in the heads, waist and shoulders. Packed with a custom header plus both “Rise of the Mace Drone” and “Attack of the Skull Squad” WoP mini-comics, Meatgrinder is currently available in the Goodleg Toys store right here for just $75 plus shipping. Preorders will remain open until Sunday, April 6th, so be sure to head over soon to avoid disappointment!
It appears that Kenth Toy Works‘ signature character “Nadsat Boy” will be turning full circle, with a return to resin in the classic 3.75″ action figure format! Already seeing releases as both a static resin piece and as a full sized soft vinyl figure, this new interpretation of the Clockwork Orange inspired toy draws from the classic action figures of the 70’s and 80’s, featuring a parred back, chunky sculpt style, a total of 5 points of articulation, plus the obligatory “Droog” cane accessory. No word on when the figure will be heading into production as of yet, so be sure to keep a close eye on the Kent IG feed here for more news soon…
