MAN-E-NEWS// Nama Niku x Eric Nilla’s “Chibi Pachi-Bot: The Deadly Rays of Death” keshi revealed…

Nama Niku has joined forces with Eric Nilla once more for his latest round of bootleg keshi, proudly presenting the awesome Chibi Pachi-Bots: The Deadly Rays of Death! Meticulously kit-bashed by Nama from a variety of different vintage keshi mini figures, the quartet – Alpha Minus, Omega Trois, Koroshiya Zelph and Kolob Infinito – all stand at a chibi-sized 0.75″-1″ tall, coming cast up by Nilla in a mix of flesh-toned and gold pigmented rubber. Due to drop with header art from none other than John Black in the near future, expect the full lowdown on these little guys soon…

Chicago’s legendary C2E2 is nearly upon us (April 24th26th at McCormack Place) and once again the boys from Nerd City will be out in force, bringing along with them a whole heap of guests and exclusives from around the world! Based out of booth #760 in The Block, the team will play host to an exciting lineup of friends and their creations, ranging from production indie toys, resin figures, far-out art, collectors dvd’s, games, and even apparel. MAN-E-NEWS// The “Run the Jewels x TMNT” Krang bootleg action figure from Trap Toys…

Originally teased way back in November of last year, the much anticipated “Run the Jewels x TMNT” resin figure from new bootleg rap imprint Trap Toys will finally be up for grabs later on today (3/23)!  A loving homage to El-P and Killer Mike’s new hip hop outfit RTJ, the hulking, 5″ tall figure has been kit-bashed and re-sculpted from the rare TMNT Krang Android Body to resemble the duo, coming recast in resin and treated to a black/turquoise paint app that reflects the artwork from duo’s self-titled first album. Limited to an edition of 50 – each coming packed on a card backer with artwork from Worthy Enemies, the Run the Jewels x TMNT figure will be available right here at Noon Eastern time for just £50 plus shipping… 


MAN-E-NEWS// The “Mortician” Muscle/Mask mini figure from Healeymade…

Teased here just yesterday, we can now reveal that Healeymade’s latest entry into the world of Muscle/Mask – christened the “Mortician” – will be touching down in his store later this week! Painstakingly kit-bashed using the Kinkotsuman M.U.S.C.L.E figure alongside an undisclosed M.A.S.K design, the 2” piece has been produced in a metallic purple resin – not the keshi-gomu flesh previously featured – for this debut release. Likely to be priced at around $10-$15 plus shipping, the Mortician will be making his way into the Healeymade store at some point this Thursday, March 19th. Keep a close eye on the Healeymade Instagram feed here for exact release details later on today…


MAN-E-NEWS// The “T H A W” Hathi Baba and marbled GID Bounty Wrestlers from Healeymade…

Healeymade has been hard at work in his Manhattan-based studio preparing 2 new releases that’ll be touching down in his online store later today (3/6)! First up, we have the “T H A W” Hathi Baba. Produced in a beautiful water-like, pre-glossed clear blue resin, the 3.75” scaled piece will be up for grabs at just $35 plus shipping… Joining Hathi, Healeymade will also be offering up the awesome Bounty Wrestlers as singles for the very first time.Originally a set of one-off custom creations created back in 2009 that were resurrected for DCon last year, these ingenious 3.75″ mash-ups of both wrestlers and Star Wars bounty hunters – including IG-88, Bossk and of course, Boba Fett – have been cast in a marbled mix of GID, neon yellow and lime resin for this release. To be sold as blind-bag singles for just $35 a piece, the Bounty Wrestlers will be available alongside the “T H A W” Hathi Baba right here at 3pm Eastern…

Our good friend Lee Burbridge over at Bigmantoys has just revealed that he’ll have an all-new series of figures up for grabs this weekend, “Los Guerreros Transformados”- The Transforming Warriors! A loving homage to the mysterious Mexican MOTU knock offs that came packed with random color limb/weapon assortments, the line fuses elements from the artist’s background in both keshi minis and 5.5” action figures,featuring bootlegged REMCO bucks cast in an assortment of different colored rubbers and fitted with contrasting hard resin heads and accessories- perfect for prolonged play! Touching down in the Bigmantoys store this coming Saturday, February 28th at Midnight London time, the Los Guerreros Transformados army will be up for grabs at just $44 each plus shipping…


MAN-E-NEWS// Hateball’s “Therefore, Ghost” and “Unmuscle” mini figures…

Justin over at Hateball has revealed that he’ll have a whole slew of new products touching down online this week, including not one, but two new mini figure releases! First up, we have the debut of the “Therefore, Ghost”. A collaboration with our very own Tru:Tek, the “treasure box homage toy” has been booted from a 1.5″ tall vintage monochrome mini, featuring a revised, tri-eyed design etched onto the face. Produced in a bright white keshi-style rubber, the little guy will be touching down in the Hateball store right here at some point on Friday, February 13th for an undisclosed sum… Joining the ghost, Justin will also have a limited recast of his collaboration with Healeymade, “Revisionist: Unmuscle”. Featuring a total of 5 different kit-bashed and bootlegged M.U.S.C.L.E figures, each set has been cast in a solid red resin with one blue chase.
