Double Parlour’s latest online sale announced…

The undisputed king and queen of creepy resin, Double Parlour, will be making a welcome return online this weekend with a whole slew of new work up for grabs! Whilst exact details are hard to pin down at present, it would appear that their Shopify store will be set to burst with new items, including one-off originals and resin multiples like the priest/plague doctors and “Forest Dwellers” you see above. With the sale going live right here this coming Friday, January 29th at 3pm Eastern, we suggest staying locked on the DP Instagram feed right here for more reveals over the next couple of days…

Joining the previously posted “Brice” (check him out here), the San Francisco-based duo behind Double Parlour have begun to reveal the extensive selection of other figures they’ll have up for grabs as part of their huge sale later this week! Featuring all-new limited runs of some of their most popular resin figures – the Kiddos, Giggles, Catrinettes and Scott Tolleson collab, the masked Weishaupts – these have been joined by the latest painted run of Merryners sofubi. Produced by Toy Art Gallery in a light mint soft vinyl, the quartet – Fen, Uwie, Chap and Kip – have been treated to a mix of subtle light green, flesh and red sprays. Due to touch down in the Double Parlour store this Friday, April 24th at Noon Pacific time, interested parties can find out a little more about what will be on offer by heading over to the DP Instagram feed right here

MAN-E-NEWS// The latest “Brice” resin micro-run from Double Parlour revealed…

The San Francisco-based duo behind Double Parlour have just revealed that their adorable “Brice” resin figure will be returning this month in an all-new limited edition colorway! Companion to DP’s hugely popular “Sylvie” character, the vintage-styled, balaclava wearing rodent has been hand cast in resin and treated to a mix of muted blue, yellow and red acrylics with contrasting matt and gloss varnish. Limited to an edition of just 3 pieces this time around, Brice will be making his way into the Double Parlour store alongside a selection of other soon-to-be-revealed pieces on Friday, April 24th at 12pm Pacific time. Hitting Designer Con 2014 this weekend harder than ever before, the duo behind Double Parlour have just revealed that they’ll be bringing along over 70 different figures to the event! Featuring a number of one-off sculptures, resin multiples and a few figures nestled in between, highlights from the swathe of reveals so far include a micro-runs of Rowm, Melvyn and Franky Frick, a batch of masked Bahnee sofubi, the 16th Miette, plus a ton of individually sculpted Butterball minis. Having opened it’s doors during our brief break over the weekend, the leftovers from Toy Art Gallery‘s “Death Rides Again” group show are now available online! Featuring a plethora of awesome paintings, drawings and sculpture from trio Lurk, Double Parlour and Mike Egan, highlights include a number of one-off custom Bones “With Wings” mash-ups, plus the debut of TAG’s latest sofubi, Lurkfoot from Lurk (top right) and the Merryners from Double Parlour (below). With stock already disappearing quick, we suggest any interested parties should head over right here and check out what’s left before it’s all gone…

San Francisco’s Double Parlour have teamed up with Tomenosuke for the release of their latest exclusive figure with the Japanese retailer, the gruesome Roku! Standing at around 9″ of solid hand cast resin, the quad-eyed beastie has been treated to both sprayed and hand brushed acrylic paint work, coming in a mix of black, light blue, red, yellow and flesh. Limited to an edition of just 5 pieces, Roku is currently up for grabs via lottery right here, coming in at 15,000yen ($147) each plus shipping…
