VideoV0mit’s “GID” Zangotchi mini…

Having seen an extremely limited custom release courtesy of Obsessed Panda last week, we’re very pleased to reveal that VideoV0mit‘s Zangotchi mini will finally see it’s first official run later this week! Co-designed alongside DeathCat Toys‘ Johan Ulrich and sculpted by KtoKto, the Bikkuriman-style figure stands at just over 3″ tall, coming with the same chest skull, tentacled arms and shark-like head as the soon-to-be-released 9″ soft vinyl rendition. Produced by Dubose Art in a classic GID resin this time around, Zangotchi’s debut run will be going on sale through the VideoV0mit store this coming Friday, March 4th. Pricing, edition size and drop time are still to be confirmed, so be sure to keep a close eye on the VideoV0mit Instagram feed right here for the full lowdown on the release soon…

Jeremi Rimel over at Miscreation Toys has just unveiled a special “Blind Body Bag” edition of Zombie Staple Babies that he’ll be unleashing at Designer Con ’15 this weekend! Standing at around 9″ tall and featuring 5 points of articulation, the grotesque infant has been limited to a run of 34 pieces this time around; 15 in marbled white/black, 15 in marbled red/black, plus 4 one-off customs from DSKI-ONE, Dubose Art, Miscreation and Topheroy. Priced at just $125 each, these will, as expected, be sold blind bag at the Miscreation booth (#223) on a first come, first serve basis…

With the first round releasing to instant sell-out success early last year, Mab Greaves is proud to reveal that she’s been hard at work on a new batch of Blurble‘s Sparrow resin figures! Entitled the “Illuminati Doughnut Sparrows”, the fun little guys – digitally sculpted by iamscumbag and cast by Dubose Art – have been treated to meticulously detailed pink, grey and red paint apps courtesy of Mab, each coming complete with a miniscule custom bat belt buckle and iced doughnut in-hand. Limited to an edition of just 8 pieces this time around, stock will be dropping on both Mab‘s and Blurble‘s stores this Sunday, May 31st for an undisclosed sum. Despite the “Pink” and “Grey” keshi Elder Demons dropping in the very near future, creator Johan Ulrich over at DeathCat Toys has already lined up yet another batch in GID! Designed by Johan and sculpted by KtoKto, the 2.5″ tall Bikkuriman/Ma-Ba-style split torso minis – Oni Mira and the Red Pharoah – have once again been produced in a keshi-style flexible rubber courtesy of DuboseArt, this time in a super-bright glow-in-the-dark pigment. Touching down in the DeathCat Toys store for around $40 a set at some point in the near future, be sure to stay tuned for full release details soon…

With the finished wax protos for DeathCat Toys‘ first series of Elder Demons revealed here just last week, creator Johan Ulrich has wasted no time at all in getting to work on Series 2, as he proudly presents both finished sculpts in-full! Featuring the previously revealed hell hound “Cerebus” alongside an all-new, as yet unnamed wolf character, the Johan-designed and KtoKto-sculpted figures follow a similar aesthetic to the first series, standing at a little under 3″ tall and featuring a Bukkuriman/Ma-Ba Zombies split torso, finger puppet style design. Due to be produced in a keshi-style rubber coutesy of DuboseArt soon, expect a full release in soft vinyl later in the year…

Wasting no time since the release of the first round of Elder Demons in keshi-form just a couple weeks back, Johan Ulrich over at DeathCat Toys has just revealed the series’ third entry in full, evil hellhound Cerebus! Designed by Johan and once again sculpted by the masterful KtoKto, the 3” tall mini – named after the three headed dog tasked with guarding the gates of hell – follows a similar approach to the previously released Oni Mira and Red Pharaoh, featuring a Bukkuriman/Ma-Ba Zombies inspired aesthetic with a split torso, finger puppet style design. Presumably seeing a run in a keshi rubber courtesy of DuboseArt ahead of full production in soft vinyl later in the year, be sure to stay tuned for more news on this awesome figure as soon as we get it…
