Originally teased here last month, Grizlli Atom aka Gnosis’ awesome Ooze Corpse mini figure will finally be making it’s debut next week!  Looking like a long lost ancient Ooze-It artefact, the pocket sized figure has been produced by none other than MonsterIsland, coming cast in a semi translucent green resin with vintage-style metal hook articulation. Due to be making it’s first appearance at Toy Art Gallery’s “Idol Worship” show alongside works from Brian Flynn, Tim Clarke, Shirahama Toy, Frenzy Bros and Yakimon on April 5th, be sure to keep a close eye on both Grizli and MonsterIsland‘s IG feeds for news on edition size and pricing soon…

Grizlli Atom aka Gnosis has just revealed that he will be teaming up with MonsterIsland for the production of his latest figure, the Ooze Corpse! Looking like a long lost ancient Ooze-It artefact, the awesome pocket sized figure should hopefully be seeing the light of day in the near future. We’re still not too sure if the little guy will be making an appearance in resin or soft vinyl as of yet (most probably the former), so be sure to keep a close eye on both Grizli and MonsterIsland IG feeds for more details soon…

MAN-E-NEWS// Gnosis’ My Lil Grizlli sculpt revealed…

Screen Shot 2014-01-31 at 15.07.35

Following the success of his debut sofubi release, The Old Ones, Gnosis aka Grizlli Atom has hit the clay once more as he reveals his latest sculpt, My Lil Grizlli! Heavily inspired by vintage Japanese squeaker toys, the artist has added a few personal touches, including his staple studded denim vest, grizzly beard and fringe. We’re still not too sure if the little guy will be heading into production any time soon, but with the resurgence of squeakers in sofubi recently, we’ll be keeping our fingers crossed for a fully working version before the year is out. Stay locked on the Grizlli Atom IG feed here for more news soon…
