Rotofugi and Squibbles Ink have teamed up with Grumble Toy for an SDCC ’16 exclusive Chubby Tough release! Designed and produced by GT’s Chris Bryan and Ainslie Sturko, the portly feline stands at around 3.5″ tall and has three points of articulation. Cast in a clear pink soft vinyl and treated to minimal yellow, black and red detailing, this version has been limited to a run of just 10 pieces priced at $40 each. Look out for Chubby Tough alongside a whole slew of other soft vinyl exclusives at the Squibbles Ink + Rotofugi SDCC ’16 booth (#5248) starting Wednesday, July 20th…

Long-time toy buddies Rampage and Grumble Toy have just revealed an all-new project that’ll be making its way into sofubi soon… the tank riding Super Tiny Chubby Tough! Whilst information on the set is still forthcoming, it would appear from the wax protos pictured above that the micro-sized feline – designed and sculpted by GT – stands at around 2″ tall, featuring a 2-part design with legs that can be swapped out for the new RT tank. Currently in the final stages of prototyping, we’ll be keeping our fingers crossed Chubby Tough makes his debut soon…
