Guumon x Kearjun’s “Zombi Rubs” Fuckin’ Rock lottery…


Kearjun has teamed up with Guumon for the debut of his latest figure Fuckin’ Rock, proudly presenting the “Zombi Rubs” micro-run! Inspired by a number of contemporary neo kaiju staples including Nag Nag Nag’s Boryoku Genjin, the rock-like kaiju stands at around 7″ tall, featuring articulation in the head and legs as well as some familiar double jointing in the arms. Limited to just 3 figures cast in what appears to be a white soft vinyl, each has been treated to a number of unique sprays over detail hugging black rubs, each coming complete with a set of creepy red inset eyes. Currently up for grabs via Instagram lottery for $210 shipped in the US ($225 worldwide), interested parties are going to need to DM Guumon (@guumon) before close on Wednesday, July 6th… As always, good luck to all of you who enter!

Guumon x Miscreation Toys’ “Titanium” Iron Monster…


Miscreation Toys have teamed up with Guumon for a run of Iron Monster sofubi in his signature “Titanium” colorway! Standing at a lofty 14″ tall and featuring articulation in the arms, neck and waist, the towering figure – a homage to Dr Zorka’s robot in the 1939 scifi/ horror B-movie serial “The Phantom Creeps” – has been treated to layers of C-Thru Monster Kolor sprays over a silver base. Limited to an edition of just 10 pieces, the “Titanium” Iron Monsters can currently be found in the Miscreation store right here for $250 each plus shipping…

The Guumon x Snatchpunch “Tit-Tot” micro-run announced…

Briefly mentioned in our coverage of D-Lux’s recent release right here, the Guumon x Snatchpunch “Tit-Tot” micro-run will finally be up for grabs online soon! Whilst we still have very little info to go on at present, it would appear from the above images that the release will feature at least 3 one-offs and a “Titanium” run from Guumon utilising the new Joe Truck-designed figure. Likely to set you back upwards of $180 each – the set price of D-Lux’s release – interested parties can expect to see the Guumon Tit-Tots in the Snatch Punch store over the next few days…

The “MONSTROSITIES” group show at mph…


myplasticheart‘s MONSTROSITIES group show is back for another instalment this weekend and promises to be just as mindblowing as the last! Currated by none other than Guumon, this year’s lineup has almost doubled from before, with a total of 12 amazing US and Japanese Kaiju artists being represented including; BLObPUS, Bwana Spoons, Buildbots, Fig Lab, Gumtaro, Guumon, Paul Kaiju, Mechavirus, Miscreation Toys, Mutant Vinyl Hardcore, Splurrt and Snatchpunch. Opening it’s doors at the NY-based location this coming Saturday, January 2nd from 7-10pm, PK, MVH and Splurrt’s figures will be available via lottery at 8:30pm during opening night, whilst all other releases will be available for purchase starting 7pm in-store. We’ve been told that a few of the artists will be in attendance, so be sure to head out if you’re in the area for your chance to meet some of your favourites! Check out the Instagram hashtag “MONSTROSITIES” right here for a preview of some of the figures that’ll be on display…
