Toy Art Gallery are proud to reveal that they’ve teamed up with sofubi producer Algangu for 2 very special exclusives just in time for DCon ’15 later this month! Seeing the return of Hideyuki Katsuma’s “Hanatuah” in an unpainted green soft vinyl, the 3.5″ tall mini is joined by the second edition of Teddy Maker x Magical Design’s “Tibe”, coming in a gorgeous light blue vinyl with metallic purple and silver sprays. Originally releasing at Superfestival 69 a couple of weeks back, the debut sofubi from Teddy Maker – “Tibe” – is now finally available to overseas collectors! A collaboration with bespoke Japanese jewellers Magical Design, the mini-mid sized figure appears to be inspired by the company’s signature tattoo/maui skull rings, featuring a similarly embellished face and body sculpt. Produced in a black soft vinyl and treated to simple metallic green sprays, the 5″ tall, 2-part figure is currently up for grabs at just $52 plus shipping. Anyone interested in bagging a Tibe can hit fellow sofubi producer Algangu up at Algangu@Bugsyweb.Co.Jp with their enquiries…

As if his own previously revealed exclusives for Superfestival 69 weren’t enough (check them here if you haven’t already), sofubi producer Algangu will also play host to the debut sofubi from Teddy Maker – dubbed “Tibe” – at the event too! A collaboration with bespoke Japanese jewellers Magical Design, the mini-mid sized figure appears to be inspired by the company’s signature tattoo skull rings, featuring a similarly embellished face and body. Produced in what appears to be a black soft vinyl with eye-catching metallic green sprays for its first release, the Magical Design x Teddy Maker sofubi will be up for grabs at Algangu’s section of the “Bad News Rad Uncles” Sufes booth (B1-4) this Sunday, September 27th for an undisclosed sum… Fingers crossed for a mail order release sometime soon!
