Originally revealed way back in November as part of our H.U.S.T.L.E Artist Series, Peter Kato‘s Man-Nie exclusive unfortunately got held back due to time restraints on the project… Well we’ve most definitely not forgotten the little guy, instead preparing him for the ToyCon UK release he deserves! The only figure not to be produced by series creator Tru:Tek, Man-Nie has been cast by Peter in a deep blue resin with silver sprays and black/red/white detailing, replete with super-rare ‘purple monster’ chase (pictured). Limited to just 13 pieces, each figure comes packed with H.U.S.T.L.E button, full sized laminated stat card and mini art print for just £10… Stay tuned for the ‘when and where’ soon!
With ToyCon UK looming ever closer, we decided it was about time to start revealing the TON of exclusives we’ll be bringing along… and what better way to start than with our latest H.U.S.T.L.E collaboration? Teaming up with Man-E-Toys regular Ironmask, we introduce the line’s first sub brand, the mighty H.O.R.D.E: Hundreds of Really Dangerous Enemies! Designed and sculpted by Ironmask, the first batch is due to feature 3 different figures; ‘Mer-Mace’, ‘Man & Eel’, and leader, Horde-Ape, each steeped in the same MOTU-infused lore as the main H.U.S.T.L.E series.
Initially available at the Unbox Industries ToyCon booth in exclusive ‘Red Gold’ and ‘Pearlescent M.U.S.C.L.E’ rubber editions, the figures are set to come bundled in “Minion” 2 packs and “Leader” singles, both limited to just 5 in each colour. Following closely after the ToyCon drop, we also have plans for an LRG exclusive set, an open run standard flesh edition of the “Minion” 2 pack, plus the reappearance of Horde-Ape in the H.U.S.T.L.E Artist Series: Wave 2… Stay tuned for more info soon!
