Our very own Tru:Tek brings back a classic keshi bootleg in mini form as part of the huge Submission Toy sale this week

  • Originally designed and kitbashed by Nama Niku way back in 2013 (check it here), this new version of the 4″ deka keshi has been reduced down to a standard keshi size, coming cast by Tru:Tek in a choice of M.U.S.C.L.E flesh and magenta for this first release
  • Comes packed with a miniaturised version of Ralph Neise’s original header card
  • Going on sale in the SoftoyHobby store this Friday, February 24th at 11pm London time

Originally making its debut at the Gravy Mini Shop and Gallery a couple of months back, the awesome “Skull God Dude” custom keshi from Nama Niku and Barely Human’s John Black will be making a return just in time for DCon ’15! Meticulously kit-bashed and re-sculpted by Nama using a variety of classic mini figures, the “Sidewalk Surfer” has been cast up by John in a soft resin, coming packed with an awesome in-scale skateboard for the little guy to ride on. Dropping in a variety of different colorways, expect to see the Skull God Dude alongside a whole host of other mini figure-related exclusives at DCon booth #1104 starting next Saturday, November 21st… Look out for details on the next exclusive from the booth – Eric Nilla’s Super Atomic Deluxe Ultra Mega Kaiju Fighter – over the weekend!

Joining a whole host of other mini figure related goodness, Nama Niku has revealed that he’ll be debuting an all-new “Chibi” version of his popular Top Rope keshi at Designer Con ’15 next week! Featuring the same ingenious wrestling ring head design as the original 2″ figure, everything has been shrunken down to a super-cute 1″ scale, coming complete with those all-important rubber ropes plus the addition of a sweet detachable micro championship belt! Produced by none other than Eric Nilla in a M.U.S.C.L.E pink colored rubber, the little guy will be up for grabs at DCon booth #1104 starting next Saturday, November 21st… Look out for news of more exclusives from both Nama Niku and Eric Nilla over the next few days!

Originally teased right here way back in June, we can now reveal that the awesome “Skull God Dude” custom keshi from Nama Niku and John Black will be making it’s debut soon! Meticulously kit-bashed and re-sculpted by Nama using a variety of classic mini figures, the “Sidewalk Surfer” has been cast up by John in a soft resin, coming packed with an awesome in-scale skateboard for the little guy to ride on. Due to come packed with header art John, the Skull God dude will be making it’s debut in a special “Gravy Glow Green” colorway as part of the “Gravy Mini Shop and Gallery” opening at Portland’s Floating World Comics on September 3rd… Unable to attend the event? Then you’ll be glad to know that along with the previously featured “Chibi Pachi-Bots“, a limited supply of stock has been held back for an online release in the Gravy Toys store a week later. Last seen way back in June, we can now reveal that the “Chibi Pachi-Bot: Deadly Rays of Death” keshi mini series fromNama Niku will finally see the light of day soon thanks to Bwana Spoons over at Gravy Toys! Meticulously kit-bashed by Nama from a variety of different vintage keshi mini figures, the quartet – Alpha Minus, Omega Trois, Koroshiya Zelph and Kolob Infinito – all stand at a chibi-sized 0.75″-1″ tall, coming cast up by Eric Nilla in a selection of black washed, metallic colored rubber. Due to come packed with header art from none other than John Black, the Chibi Pachi-Bots will be making their debut as part of the “Gravy Mini Shop and Gallery” opening at Portland’s Floating World Comics on September 3rd… Unable to attend the event? Then you’ll be glad to know that a limited supply of stock has been held back for an online release in the Gravy Toys store a week later. As if the previously announced Chibi Pachi-Bots weren’t enough, Nama Niku has revealed that he will once again be teaming up with artist John Black for the release of an all-new custom mini figure set! Whilst we don’t have too much information to go on at present, the mini deck propped up alongside the prototype below would suggest a skate theme for the upcoming series. Set to feature a total of 5 figures – 2 each from the pair and 1 as-yet-unannounced – the little guys are due to be cast in a keshi-style rubber coming packed with art from Black. Debuting at DCon in November, look out for more on this promising release soon…
