Star Case’s “Gold Glitter” Scum Hunter sofubi…

Star Case‘s Yuu Katagiri has just revealed that their “Scum Hunter” sofubi is set to return this month in an all-new “Gold Glitter” colorway! The fourth figure to feature in SC’s Star Wars knock-off line Star Convoy, this Boba Fett inspired design stands at around 5.5″ tall, comes with 3 points of articulation, plus a removable bounty hunter mask. Produced in an unpainted clear gold glitter-infused vinyl this time around, the latest Scum Hunter will be going on sale through the Star Case store on Monday, August 22nd. Pricing is still to be confirmed, but expect to pay around the 7,000yen mark…


Star Case’s latest Dester Commando colorway revealed…

With the “Graffiti Blue” edition now finally making it’s way into collectors homes, Star Case have wasted no time in teasing yet another Dester Commando colorway that’ll hopefully be making an appearance soon! Taken from ongoing knock-off Star Wars line “Star Convoy”, the 6″ tall Stormtrooper-inspired sofubi has been treated to black, silver, red and yellow hand brushed detailing on clear vinyl, coming complete with an open dome that reveals multi-colored tinsel inserted inside. Originally teased here a few weeks back, the highly anticipated collaboration between Japanese Star Wars aficionados Star Case, the Sucklord and DKE Toys can now finally be revealed just in time for DCon next week! Comprising of 2 Suckadelic classics in “Star Convoy” form; a “Gay Empire” rendition of stormtrooper knock-off Dester Commando in hot pink vinyl, and the Scum Hunter (aka Boba Fett) painted up in the Sucklord’s classic grey jumpsuit; the pair have been limited to editions of just 25 priced at $110 each. Going on sale alongside another two dozen exclusives at the DKE Toys Designer Con ’15 booth next Saturday, November 21st, look out for details of the next to be revealed over the weekend!
