After a long hiatus from the custom bootleg scene, Mike Kirchoff aka The Mark Ultra has returned with his latest series of figures… Technomage 4000AD! Replacing his signature sci-fi aesthetic for something altogether more primeval, the new line-up consists of 3 all-new creations; Intrudor, Raptor Priest and Raptor Acolyte, each standing at around 3.75″ tall and coming with 3 points of pegged articulation. Hand cast in black resin and treated to minimal factory-style paint apps in silver and flesh, the figures come packed on a standard Technomage 4000AD backer card with authentic blister bubble. Touching down in The Mark Ultra store today (9/25) at 10pm EST alongside a whole host of other surprises, pricing and edition size on these is still to be confirmed…

Celebrating their anniversary in style, the guys behind Baltimore-based retailer Novelty Haus have teamed up with none other than The Mark Ultra for the release of an all-new resin art figure… the Galactic Prince Technomage! Standing at around 3.5″ tall and coming with 3 points of articulation, the piece has been fitted with custom .25″ pegs that are 100% compatible with MU’s previous Technomage releases. Coming cast in a mix of opaque pink and trans blue glitter resin, the prince is packed on a custom blister card for just $40 plus shipping. In-keeping with their anti-hero/villain ethos, newly established street wear brand Doom United are proud to present their first ever action figure release, Two One Three! Said to have a “distinct hatred for heroes”, the disfigured assassin was created by none other than The Mark Ultra, coming kit-bashed from a variety of undisclosed 3.75″ action figures and recast in a black resin. Hand sprayed and brushed by the artist, the signed and numbered edition of 25 can be found in the Doom United store right here for just $15 plus shipping. The first in an ongoing line of toys based around DU’s upcoming self-titled comic, we’ll be keeping our fingers crossed for a follow up to Two One Three in the near future…

After a brief hiatus from the scene, The Mark Ultra is proud to present the first 2 of a whole heap of new figures that’ll be coming over the next couple of months- the Church Agent and Panza SNC robot! Fitting nicely into The Mark Ultra’s ever growing universe of space freaks, the pair have been bootlegged from a variety of 3.75″ action figures and found objects, each coming with full articulation, and in the Church Agent’s instance, a fully removable blaster too. Debuting in 2 different colourways, “Death Squad” black and “Desert Recon” brown, the pair will be touching down in The Mark Ultra store this Thursday, February 27th at 8pm EST, coming bagged and headed for just $20 each… Stay tuned for news on more figures, plus the arrival of the latest MU comic from Alexis Zirritt soon!

Seeing the return of the ever popular astronaut bootleg, the 3.75″ figure is available in 2 different colourways; ‘O Tannenbaum’ coming cast in a conifer green with snowy white sprays, and a fully charged ‘Golden Tinsel North Star’ form, produced in a gold glitter resin with red sprays- ready to burst forth from your tree at any moment! Mike Kirchoff aka The Mark Ultra gears up for his own take on the post-Thanksgiving sales, as he proudly presents Cyborg Monday! Not strictly a sale per-say, Ultra will instead be offering up the second version of the Space Pirate King, with the bounty hunting bootleg coming cast in a variety one-off, unpainted, mixed colour resins. Due to touch down in The Mark Ultra store at 10pm Eastern time today (12/2), pricing and edition size are still to be confirmed, although judging by past releases we can expect a batch of around 10 for $20-$30 a piece…

The first of 2 Designer Con exclusives we’ll be unveiling from Robert Rodriguez over at Scraped Resin, Lord Demonico is the artist’s latest collaboration with The Mark Ultra. Standing at 3.75″, this supernatural terrorist has been jointly kit-bashed and recast by by the pair, with Ultra focusing on the body (a rehash of the recent Chrono Cultist), whilst Rodriguez focused on the head and detachable helmet. Cast in a mix of purple, black and clear yellow resin, the figure comes packed in a resealable blistered backer with art from Rodriguez. Available at the Resin Syndicate booth (#512) from 9am on Saturday (11/9), Lord Demonico has been priced at just $40 a piece… Stay tuned for news on Scraped Resin’s other release, La Parka, on Man-E-Toys tomorrow!
