Bigmantoys is ringing in the new year with a cacophony of resurrected 5.5″ resin chaos this week! Touching down in-store this Thursday, January 15th at Midnight London time, a total of 3 classic figures will be returning from the grave including the long awaited return of Treegarr in 2 alternative colorways. Here’s a quick rundown of exactly what will be on offer… 

Treegar// Bigmantoys’s highly underrated 5.5″ is back, this time around coming with all-new re-tooled joints! Available in 2 different colorways limited to just 3 a piece – “Bloodbound” cast in a clear resin with a red gloss paint app, and “Totally toxic”, in a neon green resin with purple accents, black washes, and Treegarr’s classic glowing yellow eyes – both have been priced at $75 each plus shipping. 

Chicken Leg// The Golden-Axe inspired figure is back with it’s first alternative colorway, Slime Green! Again, limited to just 3 pieces, the mount – perfect displayed on it’s own or with a 5.5″ scaled figure riding on the back – has been produced in an unpainted clear green resin this time around, coming in at just $55 a piece.

Moribund// Back by popular demand after the first sellout release last year, the officially Samhain-endorsed Moribund sees it’s third colorway, neon Punk Pink! Once again limited to just 3 pieces, the custom bootleg Skeleton Warrior can be yours for just $60.

Our good friend Lee Burbridge over at Bigmantoys is proud to reveal that his ever popular Sapling mini figures have returned for one last outing! A keshi scaled interpretation of Bigmatoys’ flagship 5.5″, Treegarr, the 2″ tall figures have been cast in resin and hand painted by Lee in a mix of lifelike washes and brushed detailing. Limited to an edition of just 5 pieces, interested parties can find the Treegarr Saplings in the Bigmantoys store right here for just $20 each plus shipping…

The wait is finally over… Our good friend Lee over at Bigmantoys is proud to reveal that the highly anticipated Treegarr will be up for grabs tomorrow! Created as an extension to the MOTU universe, the incredible 5.5″ action figure features an insane amount of detail, paying homage to the awesome vintage Fright Zone tree playset from the original 80′s MOTU toy line. Coming with articulation in both arms, the hand cast resin figures have been limited to just 10 pieces in the OG brown/bark colourway, each coming bagged with header art from the legendary John Santagada. Dropping in the Bigmantoys store tomorrow (Wednesday, 24th October) at 6pm EST, the mighty Treegarr can be yours for just $75 plus shipping… Stay tuned for more Bigmantoys related news VERY soon!

Our good friend Lee over at Bigmantoys shares with us the first official teaser of the highly anticipated Treegarr designer action figure. Following in the footsteps of both Ben Spencer and ManOrMonster?, the articulated MOTU inspired piece is due to come hand cast in resin, with a number of awesome painted runs planned. Judging from the very small segment of figure revealed in the teaser, Treegarr is going to be featuring an insane amount of detail, paying homage to the awesome vintage Fright Zone tree playset from the original 80’s MOTU toy line… Due for release at some point over the next “14 days…”, expect more reveals, plus the all important release details soon!
