Creator of the hugely popular Mimi Monster sofubi, TAN, has revealed that he’s teaming up with Paul Kaiju for a rather kinky run of Unchiman and King Jinx sofubi! Whilst details are still close guarded at present, it would appear that the pair of classic PK figures have been treated to S&M-inspired paint apps courtesy of TAN; the recently revealed Unchi featuring a rather disturbing mix of rubbery black and red sprays with fleshy detailing. Slated for lottery release some time “soon”, we suggest keeping a close eye on TAN’s Instagram feed right here to avoid missing out on these leather-clad beauties!
The recently released “Buttercream” Mockbat won’t have long to wait for a companion on the display shelf, as creator Paul Kaiju has just revealed that a matching Unchiman will be up for grabs this weekend! Standing at around 8″ tall and featuring 3 points of articulation, the loveable shit monster has been cast up in a baby blue vinyl with a plethora of vivid cream and pink sprays with hand brushed detailing. Priced at just $200 plus shipping, anyone looking to bag the figure is going to need to fill out the dedicated raffle form that’ll be appearing on PK’s site (click the “Raffle Open” tab on the front page) this Sunday, February 7th at 6pm Pacific time. Datadub over at Fig-Lab is proud to reveal that his signature “Glitter Bomb” colorways are set to continue come Superfestival 69 this weekend, as he presents his latest collaboration with Paul Kaiju… the “Deuce Point Zero” Unchiman! A whole 9″ of glitter-infused poo kaiju, these must-have figures have been cast in the same “raspberry” and “emerald” colored vinyl as previous releases, this time coming with gorgeous copper and gold rubs with contrasting metallic spot detailing. Packed alongside matching Morning Men omake accessories, the “Deuce Point Zero” Unchimen will be touching down at the Fig-Lab booth this Sunday, September 27th for an undisclosed sum… Here’s hoping a few have been held back for an online release soon after!
With his Domino Jack run recently selling out in a matter of seconds, Todd Robertson aka Mechavirus is proud to reveal that he’ll be taking on a whole load more of Paul Kaiju‘s creations as part of a special “Vs” custom Salerno his store this weekend! Due to be split up into 2 “rounds”, the first – happening today (8/28) at Noon Eastern – is set to feature a clear cast King Jinx’ ($400) alongside a run of Unchimen ($250-$300), whilst the second – scheduled for 1pm Eastern on Sunday (8/30) will play host to a Gobo King (TBC) alongside some undisclosed extras… Full shots of a lot of the figures are still to be revealed, so be sure to keep a close eye on the Mechavirus store for the full lowdown over the next few hours…
