YS Planning’s standard size Largaburg sofubi…

It’s been over half a year in the offing, but the standard sized Laragaburg sofubi from YS Planning‘s Temple of the Laragaburg series will finally be making it’s debut at Wonderfestival Summer ’16 next weekend! A massive upgrade from the previously released finger puppet minis, the Neclos-inspired Largaburg towers at around 5.5″ tall, coming with 3 points of articulation, a removable scythe accessory and a head that can be interchanged with the one handed out with the original release. Produced in an unpainted light blue and packaged with artwork from none other than DeathCat Toys, this first edition will be going on sale via Zoomoth‘s WF booth next Sunday, July 24th. Here’s hoping for an overseas version soon!

YS Planning‘s Shigeo Uchida – sculptor of the iconic Neclos Fortress line – has just revealed his debut line of sofubi, Ragaburugu of the Temple of Doom! Heavily influenced by the Neclos aesthetic, the first round of 3″ finger puppet-style minis features a total of 3 different designs inspired by the vintage mini figure series’ extensive back catalog of figures. Debuting at Wonderfestival Winter 2015 this coming Sunday, February 8th, 2 different colorways will be up for grabs; the standard, coming in a selection of Neclos’ classic metallic green, teal and flesh, and an event exclusive in red, with each set coming complete with a “mystery part” (pictured below) in a silver vinyl.
